Your mission

Strategy & Positioning

  • You independently develop and execute our B2B marketing strategy, strengthening our brand awareness
  • You refine our market positioning as well as the underlying category narrative
  • You analyze the market, competition, and target audiences, identifying opportunities to establish PartSpace as a thought leader

Growth & Performance

  • You take ownership of and scale our lead generation across paid and non-paid channels
  • You manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • You test new channels and approaches, analyze KPIs, and scale successful initiatives

Execution & Collaboration

  • You independently implement content and campaigns (e.g., website, LinkedIn, sales materials)
  • You further develop our website and organic channels (SEO, content, and potentially CRM) with a strong focus on conversion
  • You collaborate closely with Sales and Product to continuously improve messaging, lead quality, and market perception

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification – or can demonstrate equivalent practical experience
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment (e.g., startup, scale-up, or agency)
  • You bring experience in performance marketing and managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google, LinkedIn), along with a strong understanding of growth-related topics
  • You are familiar with organic channels such as SEO and content marketing and think in an integrated, cross-channel way
  • You take a data-driven approach, think in terms of funnels and KPIs, and are proficient with common tools (e.g., analytics, CRM, marketing automation)
  • You work hands-on, independently, and in a structured manner, take ownership, and maintain a clear focus on measurable growth
  • You are able to communicate complex B2B topics clearly and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, as well as good proficiency in English
