Your mission
- You act as the central point of contact for our existing customers, proactively supporting them from onboarding through implementation and successful product adoption
- You align goals, KPIs, and use cases with customers and ensure sustainable usage and adoption of the platform
- You translate customer requirements into concrete functional and process-related use cases
- You play a key role in customer retention by applying your domain expertise in a targeted way
- Acting as the interface between customers and internal teams, you pass on valuable feedback and ensure that technical and contractual matters are resolved quickly and efficiently
- By identifying opportunities and risks, you increase customer satisfaction and contribute to overall company success
Your profile
- You have studied Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Informatics, or completed an alternative qualification such as further training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician, Master Craftsman in Precision Mechanics, and/or Business Administrator
- You have experience with cost engineering tools, component cost calculations, sourcing processes, or PLM systems
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the SAP MM module (procurement)
- You possess very strong communication and facilitation skills
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven manner
- You communicate confidently in both German and English
