Your mission
- You act as the central point of contact for business stakeholders and define implementation strategies for large industrial customers
- You are responsible for implementing interfaces as well as connecting and integrating SAP and PLM data
- From proof of concept to full rollout, you ensure the successful execution of customer integrations
- After implementation, you serve as the primary contact for all IT-related questions from your customers
- You continuously analyze and further develop our onboarding processes in close collaboration with the software development team
- You ensure a structured and successful handover of integrated customers to the responsible internal teams
Your profile
- You hold a completed technical degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience successfully leading and delivering IT projects, combined with deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure
- You bring strong expertise in architecture design as well as in the conception and implementation of interfaces and system integrations
- Ideally, you have experience in a SaaS environment and with AI or analytics projects and are able to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
- Ideally, you have hands-on experience with SAP and PLM systems
- You communicate confidently and professionally in both German and English, verbally and in writing
